Minimal office overheads ensures I can offer clients a better rate and service than larger 'agency' design outlets. My previous experience in book publishing has given me a solid foundation in the processes involved in conceptualising, styling and producing books, together with the ability to draw detailed roughs for commissioning of artists, and producing artwork myself either conventionally or digitally.
My training is to degree level in Graphic Information Design from the University of Westminster in London, providing me with a focussed attitude and mind towards the effective portrayal of information content in not only print but all media.
I currently operate my business in a reduced capacity, combining work with my present status as house-husband and parenting duties for our three young boys. By 2010 all three boys will be in full time schooling allowing me to devote more time to my work. However, I am still willing and able to take on jobs for clients at present despite these limitations.
I now operate out of a brand new, larger office space tailored to my requirements, based at home since completion of our home extension. There is client access and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a modest reception area with seating, and even a covered deck; please feel free to drop in, have a coffee, and inspect the set-up!
